This is a 5 star meal!!  Do you hate dry fish or do you want to like fish more?  If so, this is the class for you!  I have lots of tips to help you cook your salmon to perfect and not overcook it leaving you with a dry and tasteless piece of fish.  This class appears difficult but even if you're a beginner cook, you can do this one!!  I break it down into easy to follow steps, but at the end of class, you will have a delicious, flavor packed salmon dish exploding with flavor topped with the orange ginger relish.  The maple sweetened potatoes and roasted broccoli are perfect accompaniments.  This whole meal is gluten free and dairy free.  Don't be intimidated because I know you can do this! You will impress any family or friends when you present this meal! It's perfect for a nice weekend get together or a special occasion :)
