"Beets & Green Beans Video Class"- Beet & Goat Cheese Salad & Asian Green Beans & Lemon Pepper Green Beans

In this video class you will be learning how to steam & roast beets.  How to use them in a delicious goat cheese & beet salad. The grapefruit vinaigrette is the perfect compliment to the salad and I know your guests will go nuts for this one!  I first had it in a gourmet club in California that I belonged to and we all raved about it so I thought I would share it with you.
