Smoothie 101 video class- how to make 3 family-friendly smoothies!
Smoothies were the ticket to curbing my sweet cravings so I am very passionate about them. I believe they are one of the greatest ways to get in greens & give you great energy for the day! In this class you will learn how to make a very basic green & fruit smoothie that is family friendly and so easy that even the kids can do it! I will also teach you how to make a green smoothie that is very refreshing, healthy & slightly sweet. Lastly, I will be teaching you how to make one of my all-time favorite Peanut Butter Cacao smoothie. It's the perfect balance of sweet & salty and has clean protein in it to keep you full all morning long. It's a perfect after workout drink! I will also teach you some facts about protein powders and how to choose the ones that are most clean for your body! Trust me, this is a basic class that everyone should take if you're wanting to have smoothies become a good part of your diet.
